Biography
André Alexis, Trinidad-born, Canada-based author of six novels. His fifth, Fifteen Dogs (2015) received many honors, including the 2015 Scotiabank Giller Prize, and was followed by The Hidden Keys (2016). In 2017 he won a Windham-Campbell Prize for fiction.
