This year, in a special tribute to preeminent intellectual CLR James, the NGC Bocas Lit Fest celebrates his works and considers his legacy in a series of events scheduled for Thursday 27 April. We’re also collaborating with the OWTU on their 80th anniversary to support their 2017 CLR James Memorial Lecture.

David Abdulah, feature speaker of the OWTU’s 2017 CLR James Memorial Lecture, presents on the theme “The Rise of Right-Wing Nationalism and Populism & CLR James’ Thesis ‘After Hitler Our Turn’.
