2018 Children’s Storytelling Caravan

The NGC Children’s Bocas Lit Fest Storytelling Caravan 2018

During the entire month of April, in the lead-up to the five-day festival at the National Library in Port of Spain, there will be free storytelling events every weekend at various locations around the country for children aged 6 to 13 years.

Children should come prepared to share ideas to create new stories.

Method : A Storyteller performs a story after which questions on the presentation are asked. Prizes are awarded for correct answers.

Stories the children create during the storytelling workshop are published annually in a colouring book and in the Sunday Junior Express.

Note: pre-registration is required to book a space in all storytelling sessions.

Please note that you may register your child for only 1 (one) caravan session
